Turn Off you mobile phone.

Press Volume Key Up + Down + Power On
It Will Show Recovery Mode/Factory Mode

3 Step

Select Recovery Mode by pressing Volume Up key


4 Step

Using the Volume Down key Select “wipe data/factory reset”


5 Step

Select the option by pressing the Option Touch Button on the bottom left corner of your Qmobile NOIR


6 Step

Using the Volume Down Key, select Yes – delete all user data


7 Step

Select the option by pressing the Option Touch Button on the bottom left corner of your Qmobile NOIR

8 Step

“Wiping data…
Formatting /data…
Formatting /cache…”

9 Step

After Formatting complete select "Reboot Now" it will take little time & your mobile is set now to factory setting.
