Restore Internet Download Manager IDM Speed Limiter and Option on Completion Tabs

I faced this crazy problem just few weeks ago and fortunately now my problem is solved. I am talking about Internet Download Manager (IDM) Speed Limiter tab hide option. While download in progress you generally get three tabs in IDM Download Dialog Box | Speed Limiter and Option on Completion. Go to Speed Limiter or Option on Completion tab and you will see “Hide Tab” button, if you accidentally hid both or any of the tabs, show option is absent. Even if you reinstall IDM, this problem still remains. But I solved this problem using an option that is available and maybe you missed it the same way I did in the past few weeks, this process is also very easy. Just follow the steps below:

1. Open IDM main window and click Download to Option tab.

2. Now go “Download” tab and look for “Customize Download Progress Dialogue” text, click “Edit” button

3. A new pop up window will open, check all Option.

4. Give any new download, your “Speed Limiter” or “Option on Completion" tabs are now available :)

at 100% capacity. This will effectively lower the
temperature inside of the laptop. However, this may
also make your computer sound like a jet engine
when you turn it on.

Instructions
1. Turn on your HP laptop. Press "F1" every second
until the BIOS screen appears. If your laptop
model was made before 2006, press "F10"
instead of "F1."
2. Find the "System Monitor" on the BIOS main
menu and hit "Enter." Go to "Dynamic Fan
Control" and click "Enter."
3. Review the list of fans, such as CPU fan, case fan
(s), and others. Go to every fan option and click
"Enter." When a screen pops up asking you to
enter a percentage capacity for the fans to run at,
enter "100." This will make the fans run at 100%
capacity.
4. Click "F10" to apply all the changes you have
made and restart your computer. Unless your
fans were already running at 100% capacity,
after the computer restarts you should hear an
audible difference in fan speed.

temperatures are still too high.

Let’s speed up Google Chrome on Android

Go to Chrome’s Hidden Settings Menu

From Chrome’s address bar, type chrome://flags and hit the enter key on your keyboard. This will take you to a hidden menu with a myriad of advanced settings.

Set “Maximum Tiles…” to 512

This tweak will increase the amount of RAM the browser is allowed to use, and should all but eliminate any stuttering when scrolling webpages. From the three-dot overflow menu at the top right, select Find in page. TypeMaximum Tiles to find the entry we’re looking for here. Tap the drop-down menu directly below this entry and set the value to 512.

Change the Number of Raster Threads

This setting will increase the rendering speed of images. From the search box up top again, type Number of Raster. On the first highlighted result, tap the drop-down menu and select 4.

Enable SPDY/4

This setting will make web transactions faster and decrease overall page load times. Type Enable SPDY in the search bar. Tap the link labeled Enable directly under the first highlighted result.

Enable Offline Cache Mode

This setting will allow Chrome to load cached versions of webpages when they cannot load for whatever reason. In the search bar again, type Enable Offline. Tap the Enable button just below the setting titled Enable Offline Cache Mode.

Enable Experimental Canvas Features

This final tweak will enable Chrome to utilize opaque canvas’ to increase load times and performance. Type Enable experimental canvas and tap Enable once again.

Enable Experimental Websocket Implementation

This feature is a new way to handle web traffic communication. After typing Enable Experimental Websocket into the search bar, tap the Enable link below the first result.

Relaunch Chrome

At this point, you’ll notice a box at the bottom of the page that says Your changes will take effect the next time you relaunch Google Chrome. Tap Relaunch Now, and the browser should disappear for a couple of seconds. When it comes back up, you’ll see the chrome://flags page with all of your changes already implemented.

You’re all set up now, so go ahead and close out the chrome://flags tab and commence with the lightning-fast browsing!
