MTN BB10 New Configuration on Android PC and iOS

I’m going to make this tutorial to be short and simple as possible so that everyone will be carried along. Regardless of the kind of device you are using, the tech truth is that you can still use MTN BB10 package on your android, pc and iOS devices. While some of us are having serious difficulty in using MTN BB10 package

MTN have 3 Blackberry plans on their portals which includes BB10 MINI, BB10 MIDI & BB10 MAXI. We have only explored BB10 Mini and BB10 Midi but we haven’t explored BB10 Maxi. Unfortunately, even the so called Blackberry 10 users are not using any of these subscription plans on their smartphone. 

BB10 Maxi comes with Daily, weekly and monthly. Daily gives you 50MB for N200; weekly gives you 350MB for N1,100 and monthly gives you 1.5GB for N3,000. The good news is that you can download more than the stated MB. You can download gigs with the daily MB, weekly and even more with the monthly plan.

Like I said, it’s for strong hearted and those who are willing to take the risk. I subscribe for the daily this morning and to amaze you, I’ve use it and it works just fine.

How Can I Subscribe to BB10 MAXI

Dial *131# and follow the prompt or

For Monthly dial  *216*5*3#

For Weekly dial *216*5*2#

For Daily, dial *216*5*1#

I’m going to drop 3 VPN settings for right away.

For Android users Using Netloop VPN

Download Netloop VPN from google playstore directly.

Install and Open Netloop then just goto Connection settings,

Tick Enable Proxy, then enter the following

Proxy Host: 10.199.212.2
Proxy Port: 8080 
4. Then Tick Header Tweaking, select Tweak Type, here just choose “Host Replacement”
Then input the the below Settings

Injection Host : — web.blackberry.com
finally, go back and click on “Connect Button” That is all.

For PC User

==>Download Simple server for Pc here

==> Extract the downloaded file and open the extracted file folder, click on the ‘Simpler Servers.exe and run the application.

==>When activated slot the SIM into your modem >>Connect it to your PC then After receiving the welcome to Mtn Bis message, Go to setting on your Modem and configure your

APN: web.gprs.mtnnigeria.net,

Password & username: web >> Also configure your browser and IDM to 127.0.0.1 port 8080 

Open your browser and start surfing and downloading.

TWEAKWARE VPN SETTINGS ON ANDROID, PC AND IOS

==>For Android Users, download tweakware vpn here

The New MTN 500mb for N25 Night Plan

Mtn is at it again, that moment when you think they are finally done, then they decide to take it another step further. Sorry this is coming a bit late guys.

Less than a week after Airtel decided to increase the price of their night plan, MTN decided to introduce their own night plan alternative to come to your rescue. Although this is not an unlimited package like that of the Airtel but I think its still the best substitute for those who just want to surf the net.

How To Subscribe:
==> First, Make sure you are in ipulse. If you are not then dial *406# to migrate.
==> With at least N25 on your MTN line, SMS NIGHT To 131 to subscribe for the night plan.
==> you will be given 500mb of data which will be valid from 12:00am to 4:00am.

Note that you can only do this once every 24hours and its eligible on all MTN Sim card as far as you are on I pulse plan.

2. Download and install simple Android server version 3.7.0

UNDER CONNECTION SETTINGS.
3. Tweak type= choose injection.
4. Injection method= get

The MTN Xtravoice XtraData Bundle4U Plan

Mtn just recently introduced a new bundle plan which is called the MTN Bundle4U. With this new bundle, you get airtime to call both national and international numbers(selected countries only), free SMS and also data to surf the internet.

The MTN Bundle4U is divided into two(2). The xtravoice which gives you more of airtime compared to data and the Xtradata which gives you more of data compared to voice calls. So if you do more of browsing then you might prefer the Xtradata and if you call more then you can choose the xtravoice.

MTN XtraVoice BUNDLE4U: As I said earlier, this gives you more airtime to make both local and international calls to some selected countries but gives you lesser data to browse and its divided into 5 different plans.

» The more data you need, the more your N15 will be deducted. Just keep on requesting after you have exhausted your 150MB.

Assuming you received 150MB more than 7 times, you only spend N105.
150MB x 7 = 1000MB (1GB)

How to Use it on iPhone/iPad

» Download Music Plus config file here
» Import the config file and connect.

In a quest to win back all lost  customers, MTN have been busy slashing the price of all their current data plans and also introducing some new and pretty cheap ones like the N25 500mb night plan among others.

Now MTN have decided to introduce a new tariff plan which they call the MTN startpack package. With this new MTN startpack package, you get 500% of all your recharge. Yeah!! You heard me right. This means that you will get 6times what ever you recharge. Meaning if you load airtime worth N100 then you will get N100 X 6= which is 600 and if you recharge airtime worth N2,000 then you will get N2,000 X6 = Which is 12,000 worth of airtime.

Things You Should Know About The MTN Startpack package
